The main target audience is business attorneys, in-house counsel, and small to mid-size firms handling a large volume of contracts. For them, the ability to identify risks and flag deviations from the organization’s accepted practice can save significant time at the review stage. The company mainly markets the product through personal demos and doesn’t publish an official price, but according to reports pricing runs around $99 per user per month on the basic plan, about $149 on the professional plan, and around $200 on the enterprise plan, which requires at least ten seats.

A key limitation is that the tool is entirely dependent on the Word environment, so a firm working mainly in other document-management tools may find the integration less natural.
