Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
General
This privacy policy explains how GEO Israel, by GalyamStudio (“we,” “the site”), collects, uses, and protects information submitted to or collected through the site. Entering the site and/or using its services constitutes agreement to the terms of this policy.
What Information We Collect
Contact
When you reach out to us through a contact form on the site, we collect the details you voluntarily provide, usually name, phone, and email, solely to respond to your inquiry.
Newsletter Signup
If you choose to check the dedicated consent checkbox for receiving our newsletter, we will use the contact details you provided to send you updates and marketing content. The checkbox is not pre-checked, and consent to the newsletter is separate from your consent to send the inquiry itself. Every newsletter message will include a clear unsubscribe option, in accordance with the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982.
Usage Data (Analytics)
The site uses, or will soon use, Google Analytics to analyze general usage patterns on the site (pages viewed, time spent, traffic source, and so on). This tool collects information via cookies and the device’s IP address, and the information is transferred to and processed by Google as a data processor on our behalf, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. We also use Google Search Console to track the site’s performance in search engines; this tool doesn’t collect any additional information about visitors beyond what Google already collects as part of a regular search.
Payments and Billing
When you purchase one of our GEO/SEO packages, payment is handled and processed entirely by Green Invoice and its connected clearing provider — authorized third-party payment processors. Your credit card details never pass through our servers and are never stored by us at any stage. Following a purchase, we receive and store: name, phone, email, the package purchased, the charge amount and date, and a link to the invoice/receipt document. This information is used to manage your subscription, contact you regarding the work, and for accounting records.
Subscriber Area and Access to Your Site
When registering for, or from within, the subscriber area, you may choose to provide us with limited access to your WordPress site (an Application Password) — not your regular login password. This information is stored in our database, used solely to install a scanning/diagnosis plugin and carry out the work agreed upon in your package, and is never shared with any third party. You can revoke this access at any time directly from your own site.
Why the Information Is Collected
- Responding to inquiries and contact requests.
- Sending marketing newsletters, only to those who gave explicit consent.
- Improving the site’s content, user experience, and SEO performance, based on aggregated usage data.
- Processing payment for purchased packages, and managing access to the subscriber area.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal details to any third party. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf to operate the site, including Google (Analytics, Search Console) and an email-newsletter service provider (to be determined and updated here in the future). These providers are required to keep the information confidential and use it only to provide their service to us.
Data Retention
Contact details provided will be kept for as long as there is a legitimate business need to do so (for example, to respond to an inquiry, or as long as consent to the newsletter remains in effect), and will be deleted or removed upon request as detailed below.
Your Rights
In accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may contact us at any time with a request to review the information kept about you, correct it, delete it, or remove yourself from the mailing list.
Cookies
The site may use cookies for its proper operation and for the analytics tools described above. Cookies can be blocked or deleted through your browser settings, though this may affect the proper functioning of parts of the site.
